Faith can move mountains.  With God Nothing is impossible.  Like the mustard seed; faith, hope and charity produce the greatest results in life.  One small deed out of kindness can produce amazing results.  To touch someone's life in any small way: a smile, kind word, the touch of a hand, or just listening to someone's needs can produce powerful results.  May my hands and body be as strong in expressing faith as my life.
