St. Benedict stated it best: pray and work. I consider it a great privilege that I, with my brothers beside me, am able to pray and work for the glory of God and the good of the world. It is a blessing to witness the powerful, growing faith in the students we serve in Atchison and beyond; to see the face of Christ in the parishioners we serve throughout Northeast Kansas; to witness God’s mercy being felt when we serve the imprisoned. We are blessed to have the support of people like you who make this, and so much more, possible. And, as we close out 2018, we ask that you partner with us once again.
Remember, Christ calls us to go and evangelize the world. Will you help us to spread Christ’s Gospel message? Will you help us prepare the next generation of monks and priests who will continue our 1500-year-old Benedictine mission? I ask that you please consider supporting our prayer and work through an “end of year” gift with the form below.
Please know you are in our prayers; thank you for your consideration.
Abbot James Albers, OSB
